Richard and I celebrated Valentine's Day at our church as we have for the past three years. Our friend Bonnie organized quite an evening with festive decor; fancy h'or d'oeuvres such as stuffed mushrooms, salmon, and garlic bread; salad and a variety of pastas and sauces for dinner; fruit tart, cheesecake, truffles, and a chocolate dessert; and super fun games. Our elders and their wives did a fantastic job serving us as usual! I enjoyed coming early to help set up and decorate. I put Richard to work picking up the balloons.
