We visited baby Moriah when she got home. Rebekah was very interested in Moriah until I held her. Reuben thought she was cute, but was more interested in playing with Owen. Naomi and Gabriel enjoyed holding her.

Thanksgiving - November 2010

This year we spent Thanksgiving with several families from our church at Chris & Lisa's house. The guys watched football, the kids played outside in the backyard (I love Reuben's flip-flops with his winter coat!), Kristy and I checked the newspapers for Black Friday deals, and ended the evening with a game of cards. We are very thankful for our church family!

Reuben's 3rd Birthday Party - November

Reuben had a combined birthday party with his friend, Wade, from church. It was, of course, a Toy Story theme. We played hot potato, pin the face on Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head, used "The Claw" to pick out prizes, put together Toy Story puzzles, played Toy Story tic tac toe, and had lots of fun!

Baptisms at Sovereign Grace Bible Church - November

I (Trisha) was baptized as a young child, but I was re-baptized this month. After learning about what it meant to truly follow Christ, I realized that I was not saved all those years that I thought I was. I believe that Christ saved me in 2006 and that I needed to be baptized again in obedience to God's Word. Several of the people baptized the same day were also being re-baptized because their first baptism took place in an unbiblical church. It was a very exciting day for all of us!
