Christmas Celebration with the Crawfords - January 2011

We celebrated Christmas with my parents and my sister, Krista, at our house in January since we were in Glenwood Springs Christmas day. I got a kick out of watching my mom play video games!

Making a Gingerbread Train with Our Neighbors

Our little neighbor girls, Lili and Izzy, came over and we made and decorated a gingerbread train together. I wonder if they got more candy in their bellies or on the train???

New Year's Day at the Cary's

Our friends from church, the Cary's, had a New Year Party at their house. We ate lots of super good food, played video games, legos, and rode the go-kart around in the snow. For more pictures, click on the title of this post.

LOL Girls Slumber Party - January 2011

I had the youth girls from my church spend the night at my house. 3 new girls were coming into our group, so we kidnapped them, dressed them up funny, had them sing I'm a Little Tea Pot inside King Soopers, and then took them to Applebees for a midnight snack. Girl Tea Party & Boy Camp-Out - Late December 2010

Making Sugar Cookies with Family - December 2010

We had our friend Lisa and her kids, Alaina, Wade, and Carissa, as well as our friend Arielle over to make Christmas sugar cookies.

Annual Soup & Carols at the Kuenning's - December

Every year our friends from church, the Kuennings, hold their Soup & Carols party. Ann makes a few different kinds of her delicious soups and they have musicians to keep us entertained. This year Naomi and I participated in the music with Tim, Joel, and Dave. I made a penguin cake for dessert. We love our fellowship time with our true family! What a blessing they have been in our lives! To see more pics of this event, click on the title of the link.

Naomi's 4th Grade & Gabriel's 2nd Grade Holiday Parties

Naomi and Gabriel had lots of fun at their class parties. I was in charge of the games for both parties, so we played the same games. We played a game with chocolate that our good friends, the Bales, taught us. It is hilarious and makes everyone laugh so hard! Naomi's class made candy sleds, and Gabriel's class made reindeer out of their hand prints.

Good-Bye Dinner with Nick, Listel, & Wesley

Good-Bye Nick, Listel, & Wesley. We Love you and will miss you very much!!! For our good-bye party with my niece and nephews, we went to Casa Bonita. I think Nick's favorite part was the penny machine. Auntie Krista dug deep in her purse and found enough money for each of the kids to get their own Casa Bonita penny. We did the limbo with the gorilla and his trainer, walked through some caves, ate food (at least I think that's what it was), watched a magic show, saw cliff divers, and enjoyed being together.

Naomi & Gabriel's Christmas Choir Concert

Naomi & Gabriel were in the elementary choir at their school. Gabriel decided that choir is not quite his cup of tea, but Naomi will definitely be doing it again!

Cousins!

My niece and nephews were about to move to Georgia, so we decided to get some pictures of all of the cousins together. It was tough to get that many kids to pose, but between my camera and Krista's camera, we got some very cute pictures!
